Super Pure, De-Ionization Systems
The SUPER PURE in an industrial process retro fitted for installation under most sinks in homes, offices and small PURE water applications like labs and restaurants and water dispensing systems. The SUPER PURE delivers triple distilled pharmaceutical grade water (the purest water commercially available) on demand eliminating the chances of disturbed flow like many Reverse Osmosis systems. In most applications, the SUPER PURE employs a 1 micron polypropylene and a 5 micron carbon block pre filter to eliminate many contaminants prior to the final De-Ionization treatment. In some cases, a small Ultraviolet lamp can be employed post second stage De-Ionization tank for non chemical disinfection.

Enlarged image of mixed bed de-ionization beads. Each bead has billions of ionic link attachment spots per individual dissolved ion. As the water passes over the beads, the attachment spots per bead fill up like cars parking at an event. As the attachment spots on each individual bead fill up, the beads lose their ability to grab dissolved ions passing over them in the water. Once this occurs, the TDS begins to go up exponentially. The more dissolved solids or dissolved anything’s in the water essentially means there’s more cars attempting to park at the event.
