Don’t kid yourself. You can do several more filters if wanted or needed. This particular system is currently installed in a Toledo Health/detox center. The 3 smaller filters are identical filters to the bottom 3 but are used for bypass if and when it is determined corresponding larger filter has fulfilled its capacity. Technology is advancing and continually we find new and interesting medias.
The 4 Stage "Super Clean" Whole Building/House Water System is designed for the city water in your area.
1st Stage: 5 (nominal) micron depth Poly sediment filter. Very effective removal of rust, scale, sand, sediment, debris down to Aprox 1-10th the size of a human hair.
2nd Stage: Custom Water Service's unique kdf/Bone Char for the removal of many different heavy metals, various other contaminants and fluoride. This filter also starts the Chlorine removal process while enhancing taste and odor.
3rd Stage: 5 micron Carbon Block High Capacity Chlorine, VOC (Volitalie Organic Compounds; i.e. Pesticides) S.O.C's. (Synthetic Organic Compounds) Taste Odor, Cysts, Bacteria, & general fine high polish cleaning.
4th Stage: Trogen UVmax 5-14 Gallon Per Minute Flow Rate (GPM) sterilizing/rendering harmless any microscopic organisms, i.e. Bacterias, Cysts, Virus, Algae etc..

When I first started doing these whole building/house systems, I only had the big blue housings. Now I use the clear housings. As you can see, the system to the right has been conveniently retrofitted into a cosmetically fashioned closet that’s hiding the main line within a basement living space. Add a Trogen 14D UV Lamp for an additional 1200.00 installed.
Comes with Viega fittings, by-pass valve system, pressure gauges, Plastic 3/4 inch mounting board and all needed materials. 1800.00 installed. Tax not included.

The ENPRESS Cartridge Tank™ is a direct replacement for small and inefficient 2.5” or 4.5” housings, or expensive Stainless Steel cartridge housings. Designed for easy access, the Pressure Release top opening with plumbing connections at the bottom allows the end-user to access and service the filter without disrupting the plumbing. The Cartridge Tank™ is a high performance, NSF 61 listed device and has been tested to 150 psi operating pressure with a 4:1 burst safety factor.
I reccomend the employment of at least two tanks. Something to collect and trap small particulate, rust debries etc followed by a 1/2 micron Carbon block for voc's and chlorene and chlorene byproducts enhancing taste and flavor. Filters can treat up to 250,000 gallons

The Enpress system is relatively new to the water industry. As new media’s come to the market, the system will or can become more versatile. You can have a single tank or multiple tank systems. Extremely easy to service. Excellent for treating most city water.

2nd Stage: Custom Water Service's unique kdf/Bone Char for the removal of many different heavy metals, various other contaminants, removal and reduction of fluoride but dependent on contact time. This filter also starts the Chlorine removal process while abating bio-film bacteria buildup for following filters.
3rd Stage: New to the Market fluoride removal, captures up to 98% of fluoride on contact. Also excellent for metals and much more. Combined with the 2nd stage filter should give user 100% fluoride removal for the first 30,000 gallons.
4th Stage: 5 micron Carbon Block High Capacity Chlorine, VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds; i.e. Pesticides) S.O.C's. (Synthetic Organic Compounds) Taste Odor, Cysts, Bacteria, & general fine high polish cleaning.
